Some mins ago GM_Dusty solved my problem and gave me the staff back. But when i tried to log in hard zone and use the staff he returned me it appeared to me a white screen and didnt teleported me in. But i lost the staff again .

Using some proxy programs causes white screen and losing staff. Please be sure your proxies are off before entering easy/hard zones. You can check achievement board before entering easy/hard zones. If you see white screen on achievement board, you should close your proxy program.
