try to use run as administrator on max.exe buy press click right of mouse and then do it |

We need more information about this error. You get this error code in game or on startup : If getting in game when? (like trying to use anvil or etc.): Did you changed your .exe with DirectX9.exe which Flegy shared: Your operating system: CPU: RAM: What is your DirectX version: You can find your directX version on Windows10 -> Click search near start button and type "dxdiag" Windows 7 -> Click start button -> Type "dxdiag" on search |

it is an exception code error and seems you are missing C++ on your PC. Please download and install these files and restart your PC.
