Hello!

As I saw, SS doesnt recover HP anymore.
My suggestion is to give HP recovery back on SS, but not as much as it had. Its ok if it recover less HP.

This items dont give hp on usko to now , And Ss sometimes give critical recovery
i think its best for now

Ppls abused of that Schythe so better stay like now.
Normally should regenarate hp fast when u kill a mob not in pvp but i think something has been wrong coded.
Also how GM_BlooD said,it's not working even in USKO because of the same reason.
