Similar topic has been made before.With a little search i'm sure you could find one similar and also some answers inside.

The point of bind / unbind krowaz armor is to be hard to get and use it only for 1 character so it will stay as it is.It's the same on USKO.
For undecided players or for the ones who want to play more classes,it's PUS,trade and free farm method.
When you try to manufacture krowaz armor,you won't get 100% the item for your class,in this case you have to trade it for the one you need, so what is the point to trade if those items would be tradable after wearing them?
