my account was blocked and now my 2 character's banned??

please any gm told me why

why my character's banned please i need answer

theres no one know why i was blocked or why im banned i make topic to unblocked me

but no one answer for 6 days

i know sir theres no one here know how banned me or why

i sewar i was serve on the army and when i come back

my account was blocked

SanMiguel unblocked me coz theres no gm answer me for 6 days

and after all my characters banned idk why

so please unbanned them i dont have so long tome please

i checked again, and u are not banned.. so its probably a problem in ur client.
