Didnt recive item from cyriacus event, because my own mistake not realize inventory full..

Sorry, but i couldn't find any Primas +1 lost because the lack of space on your inventory. What i found is that you sold (to NPC) and delete unnecessary items that you got from Cyriacus.
Perhaps it was on a different account?
