Today, i was in a room of humans with no priest, and orcs have 3 priests.
Number of registration of orcs are more than human alot, that mean there are still many orcs outside, how come it make such a room like that????

It can happens for plenty of reasons. Will mention it to Flegy as soon as he comes back, since it's beyond my authority, however doubt he will be able to do anything about it.
