can some1 transpend a symbol please? im like to make a clan and i need quick a symbol

the symbol with the grandpa is good,the other one ''Oldies but goodies'' i cant see it on cape is just a black letter and i cant see it :/ thanks anyway for grandpa symbol is amazin,so if some1 can make the other one better please just doit <3

its hard to make or i can say almost impossible to make the 1st pic transparent and be seen clearly for some reason.

1. too much character wording.
2. file symbol is bmp.

so i suggest go for less wording coz more smaller character will make really bad symbol when converted to 32x32 bmp.
