on macro and 3rd party tool
we ban character and account!

cause otherwise players just take their items to sidechar

1st time 3rd party tool we ban 1 month
2nd time can be 3 months or longer!
3rd time permanent account ban

If the player has been banned for other reasons and on other accounts before,
(macro...)
this can make his ban longer!
