well for deactive fx for archer:
1) copy fx file
2) in new file delete all items which arent in a folder
3) copy all items outside any folder from old fx to new fx which contain
*arrow*
*archer*
*fly*
4) copy ability_master as well
5) use this new folder as your fx file

fix it already. reinstall. dats all ;D
