Just did a copy paste from my reply in one of the players topic so it will be easier to reach at in the future.
If you are having issues with connecting to Titan website or connecting to PUS in game, read this, it might help solve it or help you get the idea to solve it your self :

When it comes to connection issues, it could be in many variations that causing that.
I mean by, in every user computer, it might get solved in a different way and for that i will include all the information that might cause that.
The main question is :
Is it ISP(Internet Service Provider) related or issue that comes from the Computer it self which normally is.

If you sure it's not your ISP that blocks it, skip to the White text :
How to Tell if My ISP Is Blocking a Website From Me

Just because you're connected to the Internet, it doesn't necessarily mean that you have access to everything available. Some Internet Service Providers block access to certain websites. For example, an ISP might choose to prevent its subscribers from downloading potentially illegal sites such as those that offer file sharing programs. If you think your ISP has blocked a website from you, you can find out by using a different method to access the site.

STEP 1

Type the website's IP address into the browser instead of "www.website.name." You can find a website's IP address by opening the Command Prompt and typing "tracert http://www.websitename.com" where "websitename" is the name of the site you suspect is blocked. The first IP that shows at the top of the list is the IP address of the website.

STEP 2

Use a proxy server to access the website. If the website shows up when you access it with a proxy, you can be fairly certain your ISP has blocked the site. Find a free proxy by performing an Internet search. How you access the site using a proxy depends upon your browser; look for Proxy Settings in your browser's "Tools" or "Options" menu. You should be able to find Proxy Settings in the network menu. Usually, entering the IP address and Port address of the proxy is all you'll need to bypass your ISP and load the website using a proxy.

STEP 3

Access the website from different service providers. Call local coffee shops or other places that advertise free Wi-Fi and ask who they use as an ISP. That way, you'll know if they have a different provider from you before you head out.

Solving it from Computer Side
Now that we know it's not an ISP related, there are few things you want to try out to solve the issue. I will order them by what mostly recommend to start of :

1.
Background information :
Sometimes when we install Firewalls or programs or getting infected by a malewares, it modify's the IE(Windows Internet Explorer) setting without our knowledge or some security setting to our computer.
Sometimes it modifies our Hosts file locate in :
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\etc\hosts
That file used for mapping our IP's into specific website, because once you open a website, it will first check through the hosts file and then launch the website for you.
So simply add Titan website to that hosts file using the IP :
85.114.41.167 titan.maxko.org
85.114.41.167 maxko.org
NOTE : PUS in game using 100% Internet Explorer by Microsoft, so no matter if you put Google Chrome or any other browser by default, it has nothing to do with it, so don't waste your time on it.
Hint : Something that might help, try to think what you installed last that made the PUS or Titan website not working anymore.

How to restore IE to default setting and making it completely fresh :
* Download the iFixIt Wizard by Microsoft by Clicking Here.
* Close your IE Browser and some random stuffs that running in the background.
* Follow the Auto simple Wizard instruction and let it do his job.
* Once it's done, make a check if something got changed.
In case you having compatible issue, follow the manual guide Here.

2.
Go to :
Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update > and in setting, choose also the optional update and let the computer update it.
Why?
Sometimes Windows Official update including NET Frameworks.
Plus, your Windows should always be up to date since the security updates is highly recommended.

3.
Reninstall Adobe Flash Player, and go to Adobe official website and install it again.
NOTE : Make sure it install properly without any fails, if it fails, look for a manually flash player installation for IE.

4.
If you are using AVG, follow these steps :
* Uninstall AVG & reboot, then do a fresh install of AVG: This time select the CUSTOM install option and do NOT install (i.e., uncheck) Linkscanner, Search-Shield, Active Surf-Shield, Security toolbar [none of which are IE8-compatible IMHO], or any of the email scanning components.
• Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email
http://thundercloud.net/infoave/tutoria ... /index.htm
* Better yet, uninstall AVG & reboot, then install Microsoft Security Essentials (free): http://www.microsoft.com/security_essen ... fault.aspx
* DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!! => Manually & repeatedly update your anti-virus application (i.e., AVG or Microsoft Security Essentials) until you get a "no more updates" or similar prompt.
* Open IE8 (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 & run the Fix It (again).
* Reboot once more & test.

5.
Opening Ports :
Go to windows search and type :
cmd.exe
then type :
ipconfig and pull out the Default Gateway IP and type it into your browser.
It will link you into your Router setting, it will ask your password, normally it's "admin" "admin", depends on your router model, you can check in google default passwords for specific router model unless you made a custom one.
Once you in, since in every router it's different, i will tell you to try and locate where the ports section is and add make those ports to be opened :
15001, 15100, 80

More information about those ports :
15001 - TCP - Game server
15100 - TCP - Login server
80 -TCP - Web server [panel], if applicable
Then Save, and hopefully your router really opened them and everyone is happy :)

6.
If you can make a Windows Virtual Machine with VMware or Virtual Box and text if the issue still appears, it will be very usefull for you to track what cause the problem. Check if the kind of firewall you install, or some programs make the same issue.

7.
Please NOTE : This one might be a bit risky, so if you going through this, please make sure you read EVERYTHING before you do anything, since i haven't tested it on the person i tried to help, because i didn't want to take the risk to harm his System Files, though it's really easy to backup that file and return to same place.
So in case you going for it, do that on your own risk and make some good reading to where i'm going to link you.

I found out that the error that shows up in our browser or PUS, related to the .dll file we have in our :
C:\Windows\System32
Dictionary.
The file name called :
ieframe.dll
Background about that file :
The ieframe.dll file is not a Windows system file. It is a Microsoft signed file. It can change the behavior of other programs or manipulate other programs. Ieframe.dll is able to record keyboard and mouse inputs and monitor applications.
It also controls by the iexplorer.exe in our task manager if anyone of you ever tried to End that process and saw that their Desktop is gone until you added it back manually.

Why i say this ?
Because the error :
//ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm#
That we get on website, usually related to that specific file that got damaged by some maleware or something else that changed it.
I got a good feeling it might fix it, if you try to take a fresh ieframe.dll file from a friend that has a fresh PC that can send you his ieframe.dll and replace it.
You will notice you can't move it because it uses some other process, to bypass that, install Magic Unlocker and use that program to make the file to stop the process it using so you will be able to move it.
MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP THAT FILE SOMEWHERE.
Then replace it with the ieframe.dll you got from your friend and do restart and test.
Here is more information you will want to read about the steps.

8.
I know some people are afraid or are not able to do this, and that's why i put it on last option.

* Format your PC/Laptop.

To me it takes exactly 1-2 hours and installing everything.
It's also good to make the computer fresh once in a while.
I do that every half a year to make my computer not to work hard and be more clean and organized.
Just a small advise from me :P

Sorry about the long reply, but since the issue is coming up from many users and till today for pretty long time they still having the same issue, decided to fill all the information that might help solving the issue.

I'm pretty sure most of the people won't read everything, but if someone does, please try and help your friends and if that helped...Then i'm happy for you ;)

The suggested things are the same for any Windows.
Try following step by step.
